General Meetings of the Toowoomba Grammar School Parents and Friends’ Association are ordinarily held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, but occasionally on the third Tuesday (school terms only) at 7:00pm in the Pavilion. Please check the School Calendar for specific details. All parents and friends of the School are encouraged to attend meetings to provide ideas and suggestions on how best the P&F should spend its fundraising dollars and discuss issues that are relevant to the general school community.

The P&F is a major fund raising Association for the School. Fund raising activities include the Uniform Shop, the food and drinks service operated in the Pavilion during home games of Cricket, Rugby and Football games, the annual Art Show and the various events organised by the P&F’s Supporter Groups.
