Speech Day & Prize-Giving Ceremony

The audience attending the School’s Speech Day & Prize Giving Ceremony on Wednesday, 15 November heard an inspirational address from a Toowoomba Grammar School Old Boy, Dr John Maunder. He referred to his completion of medical training at the University of Queensland whilst at the same time undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatment. The TGS boys received a lesson in strength and resilience. The Headmaster also referred to his pride of all boys receiving academic awards and with the incredibly high standard of musical performances throughout the night.
