Speech Day & Prize-Giving Ceremony 2017

The 2017 Toowoomba Grammar School Speech Day and Prize-Giving Ceremony will be held in the Empire Theatre, Neil Street, Toowoomba on Wednesday, 15 November at 4:30pm. Dr John Maunder, BEng (Hons), MBBS (UQ), is a young Old Boy of TGS and held the role of School Prefect in Year 12 in 2008. He is currently a Medical Practitioner with Queensland Health and a qualified Mechanical Engineer and will be Guest Speaker at the Speech Day & Prize-Giving Ceremony this year. His address will be an inspirational one of overcoming adversity – Dr Maunder was diagnosed with cancer in his early twenties. Tickets will be available for booking from Friday, 20 October.
