Congratulations to Mr Jackson Stone (TGS 2003-2014), who has recently attended the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) L3-E course.

At 26, this is a massive achievement and catapults him into a community of the gold standard of Strength and Conditioning worldwide.

With this ASCA qualification he's accredited to provide expert coaching skills, knowledge and leadership for dissemination and application within high performance sport and elite level performance.

He joins a very small cohort of accomplished elite coaches from around the world and we're lucky to have him as the School's Head of Athletic Development.

Mr Stone said he views this opportunity as a chance to enhance athletic development within the School, solidified by his personal understanding of the GPS system and its pressures from his own experiences.

Jackson’s commitment to fostering holistic excellence for all students is evident in the creation of the Student Athlete Management System, a unique sport science tool that aids in preparation and monitoring of TGS boys.

The School is dear to his heart as he's also an Old Boy (TGS 2003-2014).

Well done on your ongoing commitment to your career in strength and conditioning and your attainment of this amazing accreditation.
