The boys competed in the AFL Darling Downs Junior Championships at Captain Cook Ovals. The team won the Grand Final 5 goals 3 behinds (33) to 4 goals 1 behind (25).

All the boys involved received a medallion in recognition of their achievement for being the premiership team at the carnival.

The Open team also had a fantastic carnival finishing third overall. It was a tremendous day for all the boys involved.

From the commencement of the 2014 school calendar year the current Years 8-12 sporting and cultural involvement in the nine member schools will be extended to also include these schools’ students in Years 5-7.
The Headmasters are confident this change will further enrich the current outstanding sporting and cultural programmes offered to our students.
