The Headmaster
Mr Peter Hauser has been the Headmaster of Toowoomba Grammar School since January 2003. Mr Hauser is a former Management Consultant and a sessional Lecturer in Curriculum and Teaching in Victoria. He is also:

The Deputy Headmaster
Mr Timothy Kelly is the School’s Deputy Headmaster (since 2007). Mr Kelly holds a Masters in Educational Studies with his thesis study focusing on masculinity and education and has contributed to an international conference under the auspices of the International Boys’ Schools’ Coalition. Educated at Brisbane Grammar School, he was the Senior Boarder Prefect in his final year. He is also:

Head of Senior School
In June 2012 Mr John Anderson was appointed to the newly created position of Head of Senior School. Prior to this appointment Mr Anderson had been the School's Director of Sport and Activities for eight years. Before coming to Toowoomba Grammar School, Mr Anderson was the Acting Principal of Blackheath and Thornburgh College in Queensland. He is an accredited coach in numerous sports and an experienced international sporting tour manager. From 2005 to present, Mr Anderson has been the Chair of the GPS Football subcommittee. He is a former Chair of the GPS Directors of Sport Committee.

The Head of the Junior School
Mr Scott Campbell has been the Head of the Junior School since 2004. He holds a Masters Degree in Education and prior to his appointment to Toowoomba Grammar School was the Deputy Head of the Junior School at Newington College, one of the GPS schools of N.S.W. Mr Campbell is a specialist in the education of primary age boys in Australia.

The Director of Studies
Mr Gregory Bland commenced as Director of Studies in 2012. Prior to this appointment Mr Bland was Director of Mathematics at Brisbane Girls' Grammar School and Director of Technology Studies. He is a former President of the Queensland Association of Mathematics Teachers and is currently completing tertiary study for a Master of Leadership and Management in Education post-graduate degree.

The Director of Sport and Activities
Mr Sean Tasker transferred to Toowoomba Grammar School in January 2013 having formerly held a similar senior leadership position at Pulteney Grammar School in Adelaide. He is a qualified Health and Physical Education teacher and Head of Department and holds a Masters degree in Education. In addition, Mr Tasker has also been a professional athlete having played Australian Rules Football for six years (91-96) with the Adelaide Crows AFL team. He expresses a keen interest in boys' education and their involvement in all sports.

The Director of Pastoral Care/Head of Boarding
Mr James Noble came to the School in 2008 as the Boarding Housemaster of Mackintosh House, prior to his promotion to this position. Previously, he spent many years as a Housemaster at Nudgee College. He also has over 10 years of experience in boarding and has been the Acting Director of Senior School students at Nudgee College. Mr Noble has been a District Panellist in his main subject area, Accounting, and is also a teacher of Economics and Business Studies.

The Chief Financial Officer
With over twenty years experience in the independent school sector in Queensland, Mr Graham Woolacott provides sound financial skills to the School’s Board of Trustees. Mr Woolacott is a parent of a Toowoomba Grammar School Old Boy and came to the School in 2007 having transferred from Fairholme College in Toowoomba where he was the School’s Business Manager.

The Director of Enrolments
Mr Ben Foley has been the Director of Enrolments since December 2010. Mr
Foley is a lawyer by profession and specialised in workplace, employment and discrimination law whilst in practice with previous experience in family law. Mr Foley also has a commercial background in the agribusiness sector having worked for a publicly listed company in sales and marketing in Queensland and Victoria.
